RailTel sets up CoE to provide training on Railway Signaling and Telecommunication

PSU RailTel has set up a Center of Excellence (CoE) at New Delhi to focus on operations related to Automatic Train Protection System 'Kavach' as well as impart training in Railway Signaling and Telecommunication systems. The center was inaugurated by the head of RailTel Corporation of India Ltd.
