National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) Bharat Billpay partners with Axis Bank to launch B2B services

NPCI Bharat Billpay, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), has launched services under the Business-to-Business (B2B) category. The service has gone live for Biller Arzoo with Jio Payments Bank's MyJio app with Axis Bank as the Biller Operating Unit (BOU). NPCI said the platform supports multiple payment modes such as UPI, net banking, card, wallet, IMPS, cash, etc. and also offers multiple payment channels such as mobile app, website, agent, branch, etc. “Many businesses have historically relied on traditional payment methods, sometimes causing delays in the delivery of goods throughout the sales cycle. Our platform is designed to minimize these potential delays,” said Nupur Chaturvedi, CEO of Bharat Billpay.
