The EdelGive Hurun India Philanthropy of the Year List 2023 includes individuals who have donated Rs 5 crore or more during the period under review. With a donation of Rs 47 crore, Infosys co-founder Dinesh Edelgiv is the most generous new entrant in the Hurun India Philanthropy List 2023, followed by Bhilosa Industries' Rameshchandra T Jain. Shiv Nadar and family have emerged as the leading philanthropists in the Edelgive Hurun India Philanthropy List 2023, having donated a remarkable amount of Rs 2,042 crore. Nikhil Kamath is the youngest philanthropist and the Kamath brothers have donated Rs 110 crore this year. 7 women have found place in Edelgive Hurun India Philanthropy List 2023. With donations worth Rs 170 crore, Rohini Nilekani of Rohini Nilekani Philanthropy is the most generous woman in India. After this, in the financial year 2023, Anu Aga and family of Thermax donated Rs 23 crore and Leena Gandhi Tiwari of USV also donated Rs 23 crore.
