Rasonque is a RAS inhibitor developed by Revolution Medicines Inc. It is approved for patients who have received at least one prior systemic therapy and are not candidates for multiagent systemic therapy. Drug is administered as once-daily tablet and targets multiple forms of RAS protein involved in tumour growth.
